45/55 North Main Street Construction Update

Construction activities for the next two weeks are as follows:

  1. On Monday, November 07, 2022, our site subcontractor will be in N Main starting our new utility connection work. Work in N Main will take about two weeks as we must excavate in five different locations for our new water, sanitary sewer, and storm drain.
  2. Also on Monday, we will place concrete for the foundation of the new building.
  3. We will continue to haul off-site sand and demolition debris to excavate to the correct elevations for the new foundations. Our return trips will be to import backfill material.
