Construction Update: 45/55 North Main Street

We are providing the following to be posted for upcoming construction activities.

Construction activities for the next two weeks are as follows:

• We completed the last footing concrete placement this week on Wednesday, January 04, 2023
• Our goal is to finish the ICF wall placements by Wednesday, January 11, 2023
• We are continuing with installation of interior underground utilities
• Interior backfill of the building footprint for slabs is progressing
• During the week of January 16th, our steel erection sub will mobilize
• The crane is scheduled to be set up in our staging area on Wednesday, January 18, 2023
• Steel deliveries will commence also on Wednesday the 18th
• Steel will be erected starting at the N Main Street front wall and will progress towards our staging area in the Union Street lot
• Steel erection and slab placements for the six-story building should be completed around the middle of April
