Vendor Application Update: Submission Deadline extended to 6/30 for vendors who are not selling food or already have a food license with the City of Rochester
The City of Rochester welcomes you and your family to the inaugural return of the Lilac Family Fun Festival! The event will take place at Spaulding High School and the James W. Foley Memorial Community Center on Saturday, July 9 from 4-9pm. (Rain date Sunday, July 10 from 4-9pm) There will be FREE kiddie carnival rides, games, food trucks, vendors from all over the region, family-friendly activities, live entertainment, and much more. Best of all, the night concludes with the best fireworks show in New Hampshire.
Additional Information: No outside fireworks or sparklers. Service pets ONLY. Parking is limited — Park your car downtown and walk (if you're able) or utilize the shuttle service. Schedule of Events
- 4:00-9:00pm: Free Carnival Rides for Kids
- 4:00-6:30pm: Live Music by Strafford Wind Symphony on the Football Field.
- 5:00pm: History Walk & Talk — Led by Historian Bob Griffin. More info TBA
- 6:30-9:00pm: Live Music by Cameron Drive Project on the Football Field.
- 9:00pm: Fireworks
Parking & Shuttle Service
Parking is limited at the Community Center and Spaulding High School. Special thanks to COAST for providing a free shuttle service for the duration of this event. Organizers encourage attendees to find parking downtown and take advantage of the pick-up and drop-off locations at the following COAST bus stops.

Please note: Shuttle return service at the end of the night may be slow due to significant traffic departing the event.

The Strafford Wind Symphony supports the history and heritage of the American Community Band.
- Cameron Drive Project
A classic rock & roll, local cover band with a twist. Playing your favorites from the 70s and 80s, people of all ages enjoy The Cameron Drive Project.
