Learn to Skate
An introduction to ice skating for kids age 5-12. Sessions are not sequential and can be taken by kids of any experience level.
Each skater will learn to skate by learning the basics in a fun welcoming atmosphere. As a skater improves, they will progress through the LTS levels learning new skills.
Registrations accepted online or at the Rec Office
$60.00 per child, no fee for rentals.
Session 5 - Session runs Feb 26-Feb 29 11am-11:45am
Session 6 - Session runs Saturdays, Mar 9 - Mar 30 2pm-2:45pm

Public Ice Skating
Rochester Arena, 63 Lowell Street, Rochester NH 03867

Join us on the ice for music and skating! Bring your own skates or rent some of ours. Check in at the Pro Shop window when you arrive for admission and skate rentals.
No pre-registration needed, just drop in!

Schedule (Subject to change):
Weekday Public Skate: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 12pm-1:20pm
Weekend Public Skate: Sundays 12:30pm-1:50pm, Saturday times vary, please check the online schedule. 

Additional Info
• Dress warm - it's chilly on the ice!
• Helmets are recommended for beginners and young skaters.
• Skate walkers are available for children who are still learning to skate independently.
• Children 11 years old and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult/guardian at all times.

Public Skate and Skate Sharpening Punch Cards are available for $20.00 each. Kids under age 4 skate for free with paying adult.
