Facility Rentals

Requests for conference rooms and the gymnasium can be submitted via email with a Facility Request Form.

Reservations for conference rooms and parks can also be made or requested electronically by clicking on Rochester Recreation & Arena > Home (recdesk.com) and creating an account and then logging in.  Once you have logged in follow these steps:  1: Reservations can be made or requested by either clicking on the Reserve button on the Facility List page or while viewing the Facility Detail.  2: Navigate the facility's calendar using "<" and ">" to change months until you find the date you wish to reserve.  3: Click Reserve on the date of your preference.  If the Reserve button does not display on your date, then that date is not available.  4: Select the Member of your household making the reservation or request, and add a Description of Use, and Group Size.  5:  Click on the time block you would like to reserve/request, then click on the "+" next to your Fee Type.  the "+" sign will only show fees your are eligible for based on your residency.  Only the time blocks that are available will be displayed.  6:  Then click Add to Cart at the bottom of the page.  7:  The new reservation/request will be added to your Shopping Cart.  8: The reservation will display the words "Pending Approval" in the Shopping Cart, you will be notified in the future whether your reservation has been approved or denied and then you can make payment.  

Rec Center Conference Rooms

The Rec Center has two conference rooms available for indoor meeting space. Both rooms include tables and chairs. Conference Room 1 can accommodate up to 40 people for a meeting, and Conference Room 2 up to 20 people. 

Rec Center Gymnasium

When not booked for department programs, the three court gymnasium located inside of the Rec Center is available to rent for outside recreation department use. Large event requests for the gym are reviewed and priced on a case by case basis.

City Parks and Outdoor Recreation Spaces

Community members who are interested in hosting an event at a City park or outdoor recreation space must complete an online application process. To start this process, please click here. At this time, all event requests for parks and outdoor recreation spaces must be submitted for this review process.

Rochester Arena Ice Rentals 

During the ice season, private rentals of the ice rink at the Rochester Arena are available to community members. For more information on availability and rates, please contact Business Coordinator Sarah.
