Citywide Trick-or-Treat

Citywide Trick-or-Treat will take place on Monday, October 30th from 4:00 to 7:00 pm. For the safety of everyone, we encourage parents and guardians to accompany children door to door. We also want to remind motorists to slow down and use extreme caution.
