City seeks community input regarding Water Street Improvements Project on 10/24
A public input meeting for the Water Street Improvements project will be held from 12:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Tuesday, October 24, 2023, in the Roberge Center, 6 Bridge Street (behind Mitchell Hill BBQ).
This meeting will give the public the opportunity to participate in the project design process and have their opinions heard and considered. Attendees can meet with municipal officials and the Fuss & O’Neill design team to provide input on the features that they would like to see included in the project and help shape the overall aesthetic and functionality throughout the Water Street corridor.
This project seeks to provide pedestrian connectivity between Congress Street and North Main Street, improved parking, and other potential improvements such as benches, patio space, and landscaping.
Utility improvements such as stormwater treatment upgrades and utility undergrounding will be considered for implementation within the project area.
Public participation is strongly encouraged. Refreshments will be served.
