City Council 2/1/22  Agenda items included: Communications from the City Manager and from the Mayor, Downtown Parking Review Group, Reports of Council Committees, New Business included several resolutions: deauthorizing grant funds, vote to unseal minutes on 38 Hanson, lease agreement DHHS, and authorizing funds.

Police Commission 2/2/22  Agenda items included: Public Comment, Oath of Office – Officer Zachary Wilson, K9 Ripley, Accept Resignation, Award Education Incentive – Sgt. Elizabeth Turner, Policy Update Policy 61.4.1 Traffic, Towing of Vehicles: First Reading, Monthly Reports - Operations, Administration, Other, Correspondence and Non-Public session.

Codes & Ordinances Committee 2/3/22  Agenda items included: Public Input, Discussion: Chapter 80 – Outdoor Dining ordinance, Review of the City Council Rules of Order and Other.

Planning Board 2/7/22  Agenda items included public hearings and action taken on several applications for site plans, lot line revision and construction, Other Business, Parking Review Group, Planning Update, and Other.

Finance Committee 2/8/22  Agenda items included: Public Input, Riverwalk Fundraising, Utilization of General Fund Unassigned Fund Balance, Economic Development Special Reserve Fund, ARPA Projects, Impact Fees-Return of Fund-Review,  Monthly Financial Report Summary-January 31, 2022, and Other.

Zoning Board of Adjustment 2/09/22  Agenda The Board heard several cases seeking Special Exception and Variance. Several cases are postponed to the March meeting. Please see the video or agenda for details.

School Board 2/10/22  Agenda items included:  Superintendent’s Report and Communications, District recognitions, Public Input, Reports from Committees, Old Business, New Business, Other and Non-Public.

City Council  2/15/22  Agenda items included: Public Input, Communications from the City Manager, Communications from the Mayor, Petition Regarding Programmable Voting Devices, Budget Retreat dates: Friday, May 6th and Saturday, May 7th, Presentation: Frisbie Hospital Ambulance Services, Department Reports and Other.
