Downtown Parking

Introduction

The City of Rochester has 445 available parking spaces in municipal parking lots in the downtown area. Street parking is available on North and South Main Street, Wakefield Street, Hanson Street, Central Avenue, and several other side streets. Street parking is predominantly restricted to 2-hr, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Please note: Some municipal lots or on-street parking may contain individual spaces with certain restrictions (e.g. handicap, 30min parking, etc.).
