45/55 North Main Street Construction Update

From Steve King, Senior Project Manager, Groen Construction:

• Continue with utility relocation work at the parking lot inside our staging area
• Continue with foundation demolition work at both existing buildings 45/55 
• Haul off site the old concrete foundation pieces 
• Install shoring and perform remedial work adjacent to existing buildings
• Start concrete foundations for the new building working from N Main Street towards the Union Street lot staging area
