45/55 North Main Street Construction Update

The following activities will be going on for our project in the month of September.
- Complete the Eversource primary power ductbank work at Union Street parking lot and set new transformer pad for new electrical service to the building
- Continue with building enclosure consisting of window installations at all openings
- Continue with the exterior building synthetic stucco finishes
- Complete parapet framing work
- Continue with interior mechanical HVAC ducts and plumbing work
- Continue with interior sprinkler piping roughing in work
- Complete installation of all rooftop condensers with electrical wiring plus mechanical line set piping
- Continue with electrical roughing in work at unit apartments
- Place and finish concrete slabs on grade
- Install framing for storefront glass and finishes at N Main facade
- Install steel stairs at interior stair towers
