45/55 North Main Street Construction Update

From Steve King, Senior Project Manager, Groen Construction:
The following activities will be going on for our project in the month of October.
- Continue with Eversource permanent power ductbank at Union Street lot including the transformer pad and secondary power conduits
- Continue with EIFS synthetic stucco work at building envelope
- Continue with interior roughing in work for MEPFP trades
- Place and finish the interior car parking slab on grade
- Start interior insulation and drywall finish work from sixth floor level down
- Continue with interior steel stair installations and railings
- Place concrete at stair treads and landings of stair 1 at N Main
- Remove the temporary exterior stair tower
- Install the five exterior windows after removal of the stair tower
- Frame the first floor wall at N Main and install granite and precast panels for the front entrances
