Construction Update: 45/55 North Main Street

Construction activities for the next two weeks are as follows:

• Continue with excavation work for footings and foundations
• Backfill public sidewalk area at N Main
• Remove and relocate Jersey barriers and temporary fence from N Main to public sidewalk
• Form, reinforce and place concrete at footings and ICF wall locations
• Install underground utilities within building footprint as backfill is installed in building to new slab elevations
• Backfill alley space between new building and two existing buildings 
• Prepare site and staging lot for the start of steel erection
