Construction Update: 45/55 North Main Street

The construction update for the next three weeks follows:

• The third-floor slab was placed and finished today.
• Deliveries of materials for the third-floor prefab walls are set for tomorrow.
• The erection of shear walls at the two stairways starts tomorrow.
• The erection of prefab corridor walls and exterior walls starts tomorrow.
• Underground plumbing line work will commence next week inside the car parking area.
• Our work zone will be expanded to include the three car parking spaces adjacent to our new building at N Main Street.
• Placement of concrete for shear walls will occur at floor level three.
• Hambro floor joists and plywood forms will be installed for the concrete slab at level four.
• Placement of the concrete for the fourth-floor level slab is scheduled for May 02, 2023.
