Part-time Grounds Laborer

The City of Rochester Department of Public Works is accepting applications for a

part-time Grounds Laborer to perform semi-skilled maintenance of municipal grounds and parks; moderate to heavy physical effort under varying weather conditions required.

 

High School diploma or equivalent and valid motor vehicle operator’s license required. Landscaping experience preferred.    

 

Weekly hours: 35 hours/week November through April; 15 hours/week May through October. 

 

Non-union grade 4; Pay range $16.43 to $22.16 dependent upon qualifications and experience with competitive benefits. Pre-employment testing to include criminal, driving record, medical & drug screen.
