The Rochester Police Commission posts notice of a special meeting to be held at the Rochester Police Department on Tuesday, March 28, 2017, at 8:00 A.M., the majority will be in non-public session for personnel matters. RSA 91-A: 3, paragraph II, section A (personnel) followed by a public session to record actions taken.
