Applications for FY25 CDBG and General City Funds Are Open

The Community Development Committee has opened applications for the 2025 Fiscal Year General City Funds and Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program.

Applications for the CDBG program and General City Funds can be found on the city’s website, Community Development Division | Rochester NH, under ‘CDBG Program Application’ and ‘General City Fund Application’, respectively. 

Please provide an email notification of your intent to submit an application by October 27, 2023. The application deadline is 4:00pm on November 17, 2023. Please submit a completed and signed application to Kiersten Wright, Community Development Coordinator, at Kiersten.Wright@RochesterNH.gov. Any late applications may not be considered for FY25 funding.

For CDBG Applicants: If you are uncertain about your project and its eligibility for CDBG funding please reach out to Kiersten Wright ASAP with your project narrative so that she may review and notify you of the eligibility prior to October 27, 2023. This will allow time for your group to submit a Letter of Intent before that date, and give you time to finalize your application prior to the deadline in November
