Annual Reports

Details of the accomplishments of the CDBG program in the City of Rochester are published in the Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER). The CAPER is due 90 days after the close of the program year. The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) also publishes brief summaries of these reported accomplishments.

In addition, under the City of Rochester's Programmatic Agreement with the New Hampshire Division of Historical Resources, the City's CDBG program must submit annual reports that provide information on activities undertaken during the programmatic year. The City of Rochester entered into this Programmatic Agreement during FY 2017.
