Fitness Class Videos

Our incredible instructors have graciously provided fitness videos that you can do at home! Visit the Rochester RecDesk page to learn more about or register for our programs. 

Chair Yoga:
50+ Chair yoga is held Wednesdays from 9:30am-10:30am and 11am-12pm at the Senior Activity Center. Chair yoga is a free, drop-in program open to anyone age 50 and older.


Iyengar Yoga:
Iyengar yoga is held Monday nights from 6pm-7pm in the Senior Activity Center. It is a drop-in program open to anyone age 16 and older. Cost is $5 per class or free with a Rochester Senior Activity Membership.  


Kundalini Yoga:
Kundalini yoga is held Wednesday nights from 6pm-7:30pm in the Senior Activity Center. It is a drop-in program open to anyone age 16 and older. Cost is $5 per class or free with a Rochester Senior Activity Membership.  


Heidi's YouTube Channel
Heidi teaches 50+ Power Hour on Tuesdays and Thursdays at the Rochester Arena Upstairs Fitness Room. Class is held 8am-8:45am and 9am-10am. Registration is required. Power Hour is free, but a Senior Activity Membership is required to register.


Alyssa's YouTube Channel
Alyssa teaches 50+ Cardio Drumming on Mondays from 11am-12pm and 50+ Zumba Gold on Fridays from 11am-12pm at the Rochester Arena Upstairs Fitness Room. Registration is required. These classes are free, but a Senior Activity Membership is required to register.
